What is collected

Thailand retreat waiting list: your email address.

Booking a call: the details you enter in the scheduling tool (Calendly), such as your name, email address and the time you pick.

If you email me: whatever you send.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.

Why it is used

To tell you when the retreat is announced, to schedule and prepare a call you asked for, and to answer your questions. This is done because you asked for it, and on the basis of your consent.

Who it is shared with

Service providers process data on my behalf: Formspree (the waiting list form), Calendly (scheduling) and Netlify (hosting).

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Your personal data is never sold.

How long it is kept

Waiting list addresses are kept until the retreat has been announced and held, or until you ask to be removed. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm the retention period.]

What is stored in your browser

The site remembers in your own browser that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not play again during the same visit. This is not sent anywhere and does not identify you.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its use or to receive it in a portable format. You can object to its use and withdraw your consent at any time.
